SERVICES I OFFER
I take a client led approach to therapy, welcoming what is present with you in the moment in a non-judgemental way.
I have experience working with adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, self esteem issues and a general feeling of being down.
I am available to support women transition into the challenges of motherhood. I am able to provide support through fertility issues, miscarriage, birth trauma and post natal too. I understanding each journey is unique and can support you by providing a non-judgemental space to share and be.
I have supported young people through difficult periods of their life, acknowledging their concerns in a safe environment.
I provide counselling sessions in Shrewsbury, but offer online services to those who are not local. Due to the current situation I am unable to provide face to face counselling. I am available for telephone or online counselling (via Skype or Zoom).
Each session is 50 minutes and costs £40
To arrange a session please send me an email or telephone.
I acknowledge that life can sometimes be challenging which is why I will help you identify the thoughts and emotions that could be impacting your life, whilst recognising your strengths.
I do not give advice, I enable my clients to be self governing and express a full range of emotions in a safe and secure environment. Together we can unpack whats going on for you.
THERAPY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
If your young person is struggling to process their thoughts and feelings I am able to offer a safe space to listen to them.
I will support them without making them feel judged, and in confidence (unless they disclose that their personal safety is at risk)
WALK AND TALK THERAPY
Are you seeking extra support but the idea of a therapy room may be too overwhelming?
I am able to meet you for a walk and talk therapy session in one of Shrewsbury's beautiful parks.
This may suit a new mum, pushing her child in a pram/pushchair.
Please feel free to email me or call me and leave a message.
